verify if the second device has secro partition using this same method
if the second device has secro partition then install adb on your PC @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-588.html and try backup and restore using adb dd
Backup from the working phone
Code:adb shell
su
dd if=/yourMountingPoint of=/yourDestination/partitionType
e.g
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p12 of=/sdcard/secro.img
Restore to broken phone
Code:adb shell
su
dd if=/yourDestination/partitionType of=/yourMountingPoint
e.g
dd if=/sdcard/secro.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p12
lets know the outcome
On the working phone is no secro but a sec1 partition (see picture). I have copied the sec1 from working phone to broken one.
After a reboot nothing changes....still baseband unknown

Hope you renabled it to secro.img before flashing. If you did then it would seem yours is of a different region or variant
(28-03-2018, 06:26 PM)ManiacB i dumped all partitons except system, userdata and cache from working phone used the dd method then write to broken one.result was red state.
next try was dump nvcfg,nvdata,nvram,secro,seccfg,protect1,protect2,lk,lk2,proinfo,tee1 and tee2 --nothing....still basebadn unknown and no imei.
i think i have to use a hammer to solve the problem ;-)

Do you mean you're able to successfully backup every partition from the working phone but couldn't write/flash it to the faulty phone?
