your phone's bootloader is probably locked. you need to unlock before you can attempt to flash; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19578.html

I have a question sir.... I have my phone firmware.zip (Tcard version not PC version) So Can i extract my boot.img from stock it

Only if the firmware.zip is the current firmware installed on the phone.

if the Tcard firmware matches the current build number on your phone and if you happen to find a boot.img inside the tcard zip [not all tcard firmwares contain boot.img]

Please, I downloaded a firmware that matches my build number but when I opened the file I saw an sc7720 instead of an sc7731c firmware. I took the boot.IMG file and made magisk create a patched boot image file.

I'm confused in flashing this because all the itel A11 I have seen in Nigeria is sc7731. Mine Is also sc7731.
Do I go ahead to flash this boot image file?
If not, how do I extract my own boot image file?
Miracle box 2.58 gives me " boot error id :1" error.
Please I need advise.

My build number is A11 407A 6.0 -OP and on the screenshot is the file I downloaded from the itel .PAC download section ...

you can flash the patched_boot.img via fastboot but its best you backup your phone's firmware using a box/dongle.

you can flash the patched_boot.img via fastboot but its best you backup your phone's firmware using a box/dongle.

backing up is the problem. miracle box 2.58 gives me error Id:1
is there no other way of making a firmware backup?
