Does Device Manager refresh when you connect the smartwatch without battery? Also look out for any driver installation

its likely the battery is soldered onto the board, you can carefully un-solder the connecting wires if you want to disconnect the battery.
check what your watch gets detected as under device manager, then try to manually update the driver using the technique @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16839.html

(22-12-2017, 11:26 AM)bordelloweb Hi,
after deleting the files with the app of my iwo 3 does not start.
I installed the drivers for windows 10 but flash tool does not start and windows does not recognize it.
is there any way to restore it?
the smartwatch starts the boot logo and restarts.
Tks

Have you downloaded the firmware for your smartwatch?

I have the same problem... I used every single firmware, flash tools and drivers and my windows 8 e 10 don´t recognize my smartwatch IWO 1 2015.
