yes it is different
touch panel is usually screen related while phone panel is the motherboard
what @hovatek is trying to say is that the issue might as well be hardware related, so try changing the touch panel if it doesnt work, then it to keep search for W4 roms or phones to take a backup with higher build number

Thanks very much but is there anyway to write miracle backup file with spflashtools I want to try something but with spflashtools but it can load miracle backup file have try changing .bin to .img still can't load

This is not about writing firmware. Its about a touch driver issue.
Here's what, can the phone enter factory mode (volume down + power)
*factory mode is different from recovery mode

You cant use an old Miracle Box scatter on SP flash tool. What you can do is use an SP flash tool scatter then rename the Miracle Box files accordingly

Factory mode vol down ➕ power it just boot as if the keys are faulty but up volume enters recovery mode
