did you partition your Sdcard before attempting whatever you are trying to do?
format the sdcard on your phone, unmount it then repartition using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-18029.html

you tried ext4 + fat32 using mini partition tools right?
retry using ext2 + fat32
