Dikirim dari 5041 menggunakan Hovatek Mobile
(28-08-2018, 11:44 PM)Crisapx Hi, thanks for the tool it was furthest anything got me with this POS phone but I'm not quite there yet.
I've managed to successfully flash the recovery, and even got it running, the problem is that my touchscreen doesn't work while in the recovery so I can't really do anything...
Do you have any ideas on how I can fix the issue?
EDIT: I can lock the phone while in the twrp recovery so I'm assuming the buttons are working fine, also time keeps updating so it's not frozen or anything.
EDIT2: After the tool finished porting the recovery I got this message: DM_Verity not found. No need to patch boot.img
(29-08-2018, 02:30 PM)X3non edit 1: no solid fix for this yet unless you have source code for your device kernel OR you try using OTG-mouse in TWRP OR you use a non touch custom recovery
edit 2: this is nothing to worry about seeing as you got "NO dm-verity"
is there something specific you want to use the custom recovery to achieve?
(30-08-2018, 06:33 PM)Crisapx I'm trying to root the phone, tried everything so far, but I'm having trouble, and since it's a French brand, Chinese made, sold in Portugal phone, the support for it online is very very scarce :/
My next idea after I found this tool, would be to try and pre-root my stock rom before flashing it, but I still haven't done any research on it, so I've no idea if it's possible.

As you can see i was not even able to pull the recovery & system img of this device, i wish i had the firmware files of it & i could flash a TWRP recovery img on it.
Sincerely
