[Please help] Problem with loading rom

I have an infinix note 3 lte (note 3 pro). It suddenly stopped charging, and then it died and i cannot make it start again. Tried leaving it for days and recharge, didn't work. Then i removed the battery and reconnected it, nothing happened either. I tried connecting it to the computer with and without battery on, it keeps connecting and disconnecting. When i tried to reload the rom software with sp flash tool, it kept giving me an error about memory mismach. Can anyone help?

also do you remember the build number of the device?
