Good evening. I have a infinix hot 4 that is 9 months old. The phone fell into water and stopped charging when on (charge when switched off), I gave it to an engr to help change the charging flex but still remained the same as the battery drops a lot in idle mode. The engr fixed back d follow come charging flex and started charging but I would have to continually plug and unplug for about 15 attempts before it finally starts charging. Now it's no longer charging when on, only charges when switched off with the battery always dropping alot when in idle mode (not pressing it at all) what can I do?

This is clearly a hardware issue. Charging flex isn't the only thing you should be checking
