I have a version that skips the dongle, I'll leave it here. I haven't been able to do anything with the phone yet but it seems to work without the dongle.

two things
1. the version number on the file suggests it's cm2mtk and your device is spd if I'm correct? if correct then it won't work for your device
2. such files might infect your PC with malware, be sure you know what you are doing Smile

and better test on a dummy windows OS)
