Hello ,

i have an Infinx X506 Zero one Device , which is very valuable for me as it was a gift.

suddenly it shutdown and now it refuses to charge or even turn on .

if it is connected to the charger , it keeps showing the charging logo fixed and then goes to black then the charge logo and so on ..
i tried to take the battery out charge it externally and then connect it back , now i can turn it on without the charger but it shows the infinix logo and then it restarts after a while to show the infinix logo again .

please any suggestions that can help me fix it up as it very important to me .

The phone is bricked, you'll need to flash stock ROM
We'll need its original build no. to know the exact firmware for your device.
Try Readinfo using miracle to get the build no.
Refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html use method 3

This is most likely a classic case of drained battery battery on the Infinix Zero. Its very prone to that issue. You need to leave it connected to power for a while. the bootloop might last a while but once the battery has retained enough charge, it'll boot

i already took the battery out and charge it externally and then connect it back but it keeps reboot from infinix logo. after i shut it down . i noticed it can not be turned on again .As the battery has drained out again with no usage !!!

I've personally experienced this on the X506. The problem is that the phone will attempt to boot up when there's no battery inside (but connected to power). Then it'll go off. Same thing on a very low battery. This is the reason for the bootloop.
You need to boost the battery properly then reinsert. If you can later boot into Factory Mode (Volume down + Power) then clear emmc

1. Is this the firmware you've flashed @ https://mega.nz/#!O94RGaTB!r05IGEkNPjUMC...wSaggpt5s8
2. Was flashing successful?
3. Have you tried wiping the phone in recovery after flashing the firmware?
