(21-06-2018, 05:46 PM)X3non also if you tried flashing this rom dump you made using SPft, if your device truly is mt6755 then you'll get an error "chipset not match" or similiar[quote pid='139126' dateline='1529599566']
(21-06-2018, 03:06 PM)innagee the full ROM is valid but you'll have to repeat the process to obtain valid scatter file else SP flash isn't going to flash the firmware obtained.I'm getting chipset mismatch from SPFT chipset mismatch scatter: MT6755, device: MT6750

How do I get MT6750 scatter text for the device considering the procedure I chose was MT6750 but it created MT6755 scatter.txt automatically with the ROM dump itself?

I just tried to flash patched boot image (gotten from Magisk apk) but the error SP Flash Tool is saying "chipset mismatch: scatter 6755, device: 6750"
So I tried renaming the scatter.txt from MT67T55 to MT6750 but got the same error mismatch again
As for booting into recovery, I tried that but it got stucked at the android logo, nothing else was showing despite pressing the power button severally as well as the volume keys
What do I do?
