Boot into recovery mode and do a factory reset then wait a while if it boots up
How will I do it since the phone is not responding. It dose not charge, is just like dead phone. But if I connect it to SO flash tool to flash, it will connect and flash.

I see. Your intro was a bit misleading.
How many different Tecno C9 firmware have you flashed (aside the one that revived it last year)?
This is looking like an emmc issue but its a bit early to conclude

It's the same C9 I flashed last year, it developed the same issue, and flashed it with the same FireWire I used to revive it last year, but this time, it fails to boot or even charge, someone says that emmc is damaged, but if that's the case, what will I do.

It's the same C9 firmwire I used last year is still the one I'm using on it. Also the same Tecno C9

disconnect / reconnect the battery of the device then leave it to charge for a few hours
if the device still remains dead then its likely damaged emmc chip in which case you'll need to take it to a phone hardware repair technician to replace it

A hardware expert can help take it out. You'll need to visit one
