I ported philz recovery for my infinix hot 4 pro. I flashed it using Miracle Box, and try to boot straight into recovery, instead it reboot. Afterwards, I try to boot into recovery all I get is the stock recovery.
I need help pls.

Well! The issue here is that mine is "X556-H371A-N-171229V207."
So you see? My hot 4 pro variant is different from that which you posted.
So I had to backup my device using Miracle Box, then extract the stock recovery image file and preloader from there, and then port the recovery file using philz recovery porting tool that was posted by Hovatek.

So the ported Philz didn't work I assume. Have you tried the TWRP porter?
BTW, are you trying to root?
