Hello! I think I did something wrong to my infinix hot 4 during downgrading it from os7 to os6. It doesn’t power on at all. It doesn’t display anything on the screen. Even lights! It happened after a successful flashing in SP flash tool. Please, help me!!

Did you take backup of your Nougat firmware before downgrading to Marshmallow?
Also, where did you get the marshmallow firmware and does it match with your device build no.?

No I did not take a backup of the Nougat.
I just later found out that I used an “Infinix hot 4 pro x556” firmware on the x557. Possibly, that’s wat caused the issue.
About the build number, I have no idea.

Download a scatter file and recovery.img at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19956.html then retry flashing.
You might need to have the battery taken out and reinserted

I loosed the phone and disconnected and connected back the battery connectors because its an inbuilt battery but still the computer doesn’t detect the phone.

I downloaded both the scatter file and the recovery.img

I did the vol up and down too and it worked. When I connected the phone to start d flashing process, It started but it failed with an error dialogue box saying:

BROM ERROR : S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (0x13BE)

[EMI] Obtain DRAM Failed!
[HINT]:
Please check your load matches to your target which is to be downloaded.
