Please guys i bought infinix note 4 feb 14th 2018 and since than i am facing battery issue, my battery can't even last 10hrs with data on and it also heats up quickly during usage. Even my old note 2 battery last longer then it. Was thinking can this be battery issue i.e. do i need a ba3 replacement or is it software issue cus i am running on 8.1. Pls i need help.

you might need to test a different battery
try booting the phone into safe mode @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-572.html ; use the device for a while in this mode and see if it persists

It could be the battery. It could also be some apps you have installed, poor RAM optimization or power intensive tasks you're running.
Try Safe Mode and let see what happens
