(09-04-2018, 04:57 PM)calebsomto No it doesn't boot at all once press on it goes off immediately

from what you are saying, nothing is displayed on the screen when you power on the PC and then it goes off
but you didn't tell us how exactly this problem started

sorry pls i used the laptop and turned it off, wanting to power it up the following morning the problem started

Could you open your laptop? Disengage the CMOS battery from it for about an hour and rebuild it. Turn PC on afterwards and see what happens.

Nothing happened still doing the same thing

(12-04-2018, 03:05 AM)MisganawTD if you have removable battery remove the battery press and hold power button and for at least 10 sec or if you have non removalebe battery just try holding power button for at least 10 sec . and see if anything happens.

if this does not work you will have to unscrew your pc then check hdd it may be loose make it fit into its position.

again if this does not work again check the ram and if this does not solve your problem just charge the pc for 30 min and power on it.

Sir none worked problem still exist

if its not overheating too quickly that rules out ventilation. its going to either be:
weak / damaged battery
faulty charger
faulty RAM
short circuited board ie maybe piece of metal short circuiting the board
or a damaged motherboard

Loose your system check the cooling fan if its rotating or not... then check the position of your CPU... and see what happens.
