Dear Hovatek,

I recently got a leeco letv x622 phone and everything was working fine until i plug it to the laptop to transfer my files.during the process i noticed that the screen went black thinking it was in the sleep mode, then i tried to power it on but No it wasn't coming up just showing the red light indicating charging for the past 3 weeks now.

i have tried to see if it can flash but the phone can not be detected by the system.

kindly assist.

is the battery of the device inbuilt?
and does the PC make any sound when you connect the phone?

take out / reinsert the battery and see if the device is able to power on [you'll need to loosen the device to get to the battery]

You'll need to try a different battery then.
BTW have you tried holding vol down, up or both vol keys before connecting it to pc?
