(14-04-2018, 05:17 PM)Mech Js The phone doesnt indicate whether its charging or not. All it can do is support flashing with spflash tools.

did you take out / reinsert the battery?
how many hours did you charge?

For more than 3 hours but no change.

you skipped the first question.

yes i removed the battery , charged it and even made a positive test for charge in it. But still the phone wont power on.

Are you sure C7-H355A1-M-160705V9 is the phone's original build number? How did you get this info?
Also, how exactly did the phone get bricked in the first place (details)

The phone got in aboot loop on its own without any form of flashing or custom system modifiaction.
(At this point flashing was the way to fix it since it had no custom recovery or working recovery )

I got the build number (build.prop) from the original system.img on the bootlooped phone which i read back using spflashtool

I read back the preloader , boot.img frp.img,
Lk ,logo,nvram,secro,userdata(but this is encrypted)

Though flashing these backups back does not make the phone boot.

This is looking like a hardware issue.
Try the firmware for other builds at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19276.html
Ensure to do a factory reset after flashing

I tried the other builds but still the phone didnt boot. The issue could be hardware related.

Have the phone looked at for possible hardware (maybe emmc) issues
