i flash the 28s rom successfully via sp flash tool but when i power the phone is still face upside down and keep rebooting until i hold power+ vol up to switch it off.

i have also tried to Re-flash with SP flash tool but with the files from the fastboot script,i also got error.
i have attached the error image here.

Use a version of Sp flash tool that doesn't require Auth or Cert file.

Did you try doing a factory reset in recovery mode? Also, were you able to quickly enable OEM unlocking?

no i am unable to do factory reset and the phone wont boot to home screen for me to enable OEM unlocking.

did you get any error while trying to factory reset? ; recovery mode is vol up + power button
alt. you can try wiping emmc in factory mode [vol down + power button]

you can only boot to phone recovery and this is how the phone recovery look like (see attachment) which makes it difficult to factory reset of do any other thing.

I thank you for your help so far. I think the issue am having can be solve only by sp flash tool because running fast boot command require USB debug to be enable to unlock the bootloader(hope am correct) which is missing because it was not enable before the phone brick. as it is now I can flash with sp flash tool successfully and I believe if I can get file that can be flash via sp flash tool the issue will be resolve.

yes, fastboot is out of the picture
attach a clear picture and also try booting into factory mode using vol down + power button

yes, fastboot is out of the picture
attach a clear picture and also try booting into factory mode using vol down + power button

i have attached a clearer pic of the recovery
the phone will not enter factory mode if with vol down+power,only take me to fastboot mode
