(03-05-2018, 04:24 PM)justin_midlet if fail it cuz:
1_may twrp 3.0.2-1 can't adgest his screen to your phone i can't find 3.2.1-0 to do that
2_your tablet has MT8163+ not just MT8163

cpu z dont show all cpu name
you can get full name just from scatter file name or in /system/build.prop ro.board.platform=xxxxxxx
if you dont have scatter what to do
download apktool  (2mb) and use it as file explorer (others will not work) will find build.prop in root folder or /system/build.prop if showen open it as txt with txt viewer (must other wont work) you don't need root to do that
Thank you very much Justin, unfortunately, it did not work... Bootloop i guess.

I show scatter file (downloaded from official website) and it called equal: "MT8163_Android_scatter.txt"

But I never thought that the TWRP could fail by not adapting to the proportions of the screen (maybe for being 4: 3?).
I know there are other tablets with the same processor (and I guess the same ratio) that have custom recovery (like the Teclast P80h), however, I could not get it to work on my tablet ...

you don't need install recovery to try it to prevent bootloop just boot to it using fastboot boot recovery.img
read this articel to see how to use fastboot
if you need just root your phone grab your boot.img and see this (magisk)
if you try to remove magisk root and get bootloop like whats happend to me just reflash boot.img
i will retry to port twrp or cwm to your tablet after test someting in my phone and see whats needed and whats not  Undecided

Well, what can you do? I still appreciate your help.
I think I've tried everything:
-Port Custom recovery of another tablet with the same processor
-Patch the boot.img with magisk
And in both cases it gives bootloop over and over again.

I think there is nothing else to do, this must be one of the few devices that simply can not be rooted, a real shame, but I do not know what else to do.

Anyway, thank you very much everyone for all your time and dedication.

Well this at least does not give bootloop!
But when device goes suspension and I turn it on, the screen goes black and super su does not detect that it is rooted.

It reminds me that a friend tried long ago and did the same: black screen.

But thanks Justin, it's a good one but developers had to block any attempt of change, otherwise, I can not explain how it could fail continually
