Hi already tried with Windows 7 Ultimate pc, same error still. I wonder if that is because when I connect my phone to pc it keeps on restarting? Kindly help. thanks

did you try flashing without the battery inserted and also while holding vol down button?

Unfortunately, battery is built-it it would have been easier if it is removable.

Already tried holding Volume - and even other key combinations. Phone just keep on restarting when connected to pc

Seems your phone is the type that requires a custom Download Agent. Have you ever (at anytime) successfully flashed this phone using SP Flash tool?

So far, this is the first time that I have used SPF tool.

I think this phone is such a complicated one. Is there still a chance to restore my bootloop phone? hopefully..

I have same problem, my phone meizu m2 note. When connect to computer detected as mediatek preloader usb vcom but only for about 3 second after that icon grey out. So in spf its only flash red colour then it goes nothing further. And brom error 2004 pop up

we're now trying to verify if the phone really uses secureboot and requires custom DA
do you have a hardware box / dongle or know someone that has one?
if its really secureboot then its only fixable if you can find a custom DA that will work for your device
