the stock recovery you uploaded is the same as TWRP recovery
verify the file you uploaded and upload the correct stock recovery and while at it, try doing a factory reset in TWRP
then lets know if you still get the errors

This is what we're trying to verify in TWRP.
Go to the Mount section in TWRP and lets see a picture of what is listed there
Also, as @x3non said, try ding a factory reset and backup in TWRP and lets know what happens

Untick mount system as read only then untick and re-tick data.
After this, try doing
1. A factory reset
2. A full backup

I have done that,
1. but I notice something about the phone, whenever I use power button to on the phone it automatically open TWRP recovery without pressing the volume up button with the power button.
2. Another thing I notice is that when ever I click the reboot button in TWRP menu and I click power off it brings up a page that tells me to swipe to power off, in that page it do show NO OS installed. So what should I do now

Here is the screenshot of the power off page

Your phone doesn't yet have a valid /system partition since you've been unable to flash it. That would explain both 1 and 2 above.
How did the backup and factory reset go? Was expecting feedback on those
