Download the old os ROM. Replace the boot.img with the one from your phones backup. Then plug in your phone with mtk droid tools loaded. Click on block maps, and view the partition blocks... 'mmcblk0px' where x is the number for the partition : data, system, cache. Open the ROM archive with winrar. Go to META-INF > com > google > android > updater-script. Open it with Notepad++. Replace the respective mount point with the one from your phone.

System, data, and cache.

Ok , but my first backup does not contain the stock boot.img. Besides this method, is there any ROM you can suggest for the Tecno P5 ( new OS) ?

Good day, I downloaded some custom rom for tecno p5 and I've flashed them both and none of them worked on my tecno p5 . After flashing, my tecno p5 will reboot then get stuck in that white tecno logo.
