Says "command is not recognized"

you're supposed to type each command then press enter

Code:
adb devices
adb shell
su
su cd data/system
su rm *.key

I do click enter after each command...

I think it has something to do with the signs...

Whenever it displays

"[email protected]... #"

it works perfectly...

But whenever is displays

"[email protected]... $"

It doesn't work... It says permission denied...
And it only works with with my phone... Infinix x507..

Pls do u know anything I can do about that sign???

If you would like to remove pattern, try booting the phone into recovery mode, select wipe data/factory reset, it removes pattern of most mtk phones

Are you sure the command prompt is linked to the folder where the adb is?

Try this command:

"adb devices" (without quotes)

If it shows command not recognized then it's not linked

Its linked ..... It shows the device .. But like I said earlier, commands from
"adb devices" to "cd data/system" works... But ones I type the "rm *.key" or "su rm *.key" it says permission denied....
