Hello... Something around April 21st 2018, I got an update through OTA on my TECNO L9PLUS  which i downloaded an work better except that the ULTRA POWER feature was removed from the new update... I don't mind, I kept using my phone until 3 days ago that the HOT SPOT refused to on... The bluetooth tethering also refused to on...

I log on here on hovatek to download the previous update before the present one on my phone... I downloaded the stock rom...But it got my phone bricked or dead. 

The below details belong to the rom I flashed to my phone using SP FLASH TOOLS. 

Tecno L9 Plus (Tecno-L9Plus-H8011A1-N-170411V289) 

Please, how can I bring the phone back to life ? Anytime I connect the phone to system even to flash my backup, it always shows USB NOT RECOGNISED.

The Tecno-L9Plus-H8011A1-N-170411V289 firmware at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19383.html is a Miracle box dump. The instructions on that page states that you're to flash using Miracle Box. Flashing with SP flash tool will trigger an error which will cause the phone to go dead.
I'm guessing that's what happened in your case so follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-808.html to revive the phone

Oh... my own iyaff meet me be that... I don't know am to use miracle box. .. Let me work on reviving the phone first... Also, the Tecno-L9Plus Link you provided above was not the same link I used to download the rom...

And am sure it's SP flash tool scatter file... Because most of the files in there are in img

Since you downloaded a different firmware and are certain its SP flash tool format,, lets take a closer look there then.
Was flashing of the firmware complete or it got interrupted by an error?

Thanks... I have revived the phone with my back up. I used the latest Miracle Box 2.58. It's currently working with 79% battery level .

But am currently facing an issue on INVALID IMEI NUMBER on the two SIM... How can this be solved?

Yeah...  The flashing of the firmware was completed. No any interruption.

But it's like the problem is from the BUILD NUMBER.

my phone build number is L9plus-H8011A-N-180320V426.... But the one I downloaded is L9plus-H8011A1-N.....

I think that's where the problem is from..

If baseband is valid then fix using Maui Meta @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html or just write using Miracle Box

Issues resolved yesterday...

I rooted the phone using Philz Tecno L9plus method... After which I downloaded CHAMELEPHON to change the IMEI. The phone is currently working OK on the rom that I backed up.

Am still looking for the previous rom update with ULTRA POWER MODE which follow the phone come before the new OTA update of L9plus-H8011A-N-180320V426. (Miracle Box Scatter Files) preferred.
