The battery might be bad..maybe other hardware..too soon to say.
Do you have a Windows CD or DVD? You'll need to run some diagnostics

Download Windows ISO @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/forum-90.html then create a bootable Flash drive using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1025.html

how do I know if my system is 32bit Or 64 bit? Then secondly from the link you refer me to in downloading and creating boootable USB I can see that it can only be done from another working laptop... I want to confirm if I can use my phone to download 4th e windows 8 IOs and if I can also use my phone in creating the boootable USB to install the window IOs? Because I can connect USB drive to my phone via OTG flash.

Try 32bit because it works on most type of the processors.

naturally, you would need to boot to desktop to check the architecture ie whether 32 or 64 but you can slave the hard drive to another PC then check if you'll find the folder name "Program Files(x86)" . This folder will only be found on 64 bit windows

you can download the ISO file using your phone but you cant create a bootable USB drive using a phone [if mobile phones could do half what PCs can then PCs will be extinct somewhere around now]

Does this damage ISO has anything to do with the battery?  What do you suggest I do?  Restore the ISO first or buy a new battery?

A damaged battery (alone) isn't enough to trigger an error of this magnitude
