Hi guys I've read the phone with miracle box and it turns out that the size is about 14GB.
Is it suppose to be that big?
Although I recall this is to test if the chip is still good.
I also noticed the battery has died out and it refuses to charge.
I left it to charge for about 30min but a single percentage wasn't taken from my power bank which indicates connected.

You probably backed up in single .bin format. You were supposed to backup in scatter so we can analyze each partition

Yeah, I think so.
How can I go about placing it in scatter plz?

That aside,
I'm starting to think the battery is bad.

Reason is:

After several attempts to revive the phone, the battery has finally gone flat and wouldn't charge.

Can software prevent the phone from charging?

I tried to test it where batteries are sold but the sellers insist I must pay before testing.

Right now, I wish it is not a built in battery.
At least I would have been able to charge with a desktop charger which on the other hand will tell if the battery's dead or not.

step 5a in the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html will get you scatter file dump

maybe the battery is dead or maybe the phone is just stuck in flash mode. did the phone go dead just after you made the miracle box dump?

you can try disconnecting / reconnecting the battery of the device just to be sure its really not dead. see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-7338.html or take it to someone who can loosen it

I have backed it up in scatter file now,how then can I analyze the partitions plz?

In terms of the battery,I've noticed that when the phone's connected to a digital power bank which displays if a phone is charging or not.
It displayed charging (the power bank)when I connected the phone to it.

But the phone only lights up,displays battery logo as if it will start charging but after some secs, instead of it to display charging and current percentage, it begins to display “INFINIX”.

WHILE,it was flashing “INFINIX”, I disconnected the battery clip.

Funny thing is, the phone still remained on until after its normal mode of going off.

It went off and didn't light up to flash it's logo this time.

I then reconnected the battery clip, and the next thing it displayed is battery like it wants to start charging.
But as usual it pops “INFINIX”(going off and on).

If only I had another battery...

Hasn't anyone ever experienced this before?
Am I the first?

Qunle, I think you were too quick to flash in the first place, but that aside, since you said your phone used to be ""hehe""" 16+1, then download and flash these roms in the order, testing each one before flashing the other.

According to your previous response, you said you'd formatted & downloaded (flashed). Also, you were able to do a .bin (14GB) and scatter dump (please attach a screenshot of its contents). I think we can set aside an emmc issue for a while.
My experience with this on an Infinix zero turned out to be a battery issue (drained). In your case, I suspect the battery is the prroblem but until you are able to test another battery, we cannot rule that out.
Try the firmware @emmanus suggested; maybe that can rule out software.

I have tried another battery and it's still acting the same way.
I think it's not the battery.

From the detais in the dump, the emmc looks fine.
You are able to flash, emmc looks fine again
You've used this same firmware on the phone before now, firmware looks fine
You've changed battery, battery must be fine.

You might be looking at another hardware component error
