(11-07-2018, 04:12 PM)yazansayed if i remove the battery i'll most definitely lose the warranty, isn't there any other way ?

yes, leave the phone to charge till it shows the charging sign [note that there is no estimated time of this and you can try holding vol down or up button before connecting the phone to the charger to speed up the process]

nothing happened, it's on the charger for more than 10 hours and still dead Sad

as @x3non said: there's no estimated time for when the phone is going to power up.
the fastest fix is taking out/reinserting the battery, if you don't want void the phone's warranty then take it to carlcare so they can fix it for you.

(10-07-2018, 05:12 PM)innagee Try a different sim card apart from vodafone. Maybe the phone is locked to vodafone network.
also, check if baseband and IMEI is valid.
baseband go to settings>about>baseband
IMEI dial *#06#

Removed and inserted the battery and it worked, thanks,,
Here's a screenshot of imei (empty) and baseband

(17-07-2018, 02:17 AM)yazansayed And here's a screenshot from the "about phone" section :

Do a factory reset then. If IMEI & Baseband are still present but no network then the firmware you flashed might not be for your region

That's possible too. Some regions even require IMEI registration
