Launch command prompt as admin and run this command

Code:

sfc /scannow

This might mean there's a malware on the PC. Which antivirus are you using? Is it updated? Have you done a full malware scan?

Here's another thing to try (if its what I think it is)

Launch Registry Editor (regedit.exe) and navigate to:
Code:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Double-click the Userinit value and change the value data from:
Code:

wscript C\ness\b.vbs,

To

Code:

C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe,

Logoff then re-login

Please i have perform the scan using (command prompt )but the computer was able to repair some of the corrupted files.And then restarted the computer, but i did encounter the same problem. however, i followed the second method( Registry Editor (regedit.exe)) and to usernit the value data was the same code C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe, yet whenever i switch off or restart my computer the problem still presist
