(08-11-2018, 12:34 AM)mickey5050 Right after it said erase all done, i disconnected the USB cord. Afterwards, i proceeded to flash the next firmware but then the SWDownloader gets stuck on getting device type or something like that. Here's a screenshot.

retry installing the drivers again or try on a different PC
what's your model variance? L02B or L02C
attach a full screenshot so one can see everything

Trying the flash on the Windows 10 Desktop fixed it! Everything seems to be working now except for the feature that mounts an ISO containing the USB drivers when the device is inserted into a PC. For some reason, it just says Windows Could not access this Disk or something of the sorts.

Apart from that, everything works.

Thanks so much for your help.

Oh...And is  it possible to access the SDCard from a PC like you would normally access a network drive over a WiFi network?

nice, so what windows version were you using initially?
does that mean you can't connect and use the device as a modem?
maybe try on a different PC and see if the CD drive is mountable, you can try on the previous one you where using but its preferrable to try on a new one where you havent installed any of the device drivers before

haha no idea, i've not seen this mifi model before let alone physically touch it Big Grin
but most mifi with SDcard support usually provide a feature to access the sdcard directly from the web management page i.e the 192.168... page

Sorry for the late reply.
Initially i was using Windows 8.0.
I am able to use it as a modem but usually modems and MiFis mount an ISO which contains drivers and applications for interacting with the device. But for some reason, that ISO never mounts.
I will see if i can find another PC to try it on and let you know what happens when i do.

Loool....Ohkay. I was temporarily able to access the SD Card from the Web Interface of the MiFi...But like i said, it was temporary as it stopped reading the SD Card after a while.
Yet, during the time i was able to access the Card from the web interface, i tried accessing it through a file manager and it that didn't work.

Trough out the day, it refused to charge multiple times. I mean i will place it on charge only to find out that although the charging sign was on, it wasn't actually charging.

It became intense when i got home and realized it had just 3% of juice left, so i connected it to the wall socket and started to browse via WiFi only to notice the device shutdown out of low battery.

I had to take my SIM out, and charge it whiles it stayed off.

I will report back as to how it goes.
