download scatter file for your phone's build at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23177.html
download latest SP flash tool version at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13970.html

then format ONLY frp partition using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21638.html
