i have a issue with Techno W3 stuck on frp window but it does not scan for wireless networks nor detected by pc so i need yo help.

format only FRP partition using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21638.html
you can get scatter file for your device by dumping firmware from the phone in scatter file format using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html

Do you have the google account details for the phone?

Why did you reset at first?

Have you tried putting a sim with data (internet access and subscription) in the phone?

Are you saying Device Manager doesn't refresh or the PC make a sound when you connect the phone while switched off (without holding any button)?
