When some one instill software to it, he used some framwarr wrong so it not turn on

I used sp falsh tool and merical tool but i have problems to each other

can you explain how this software was installed on the phone?
dead phone might also be as a result of empty battery, did you try disconnecting / reconnecting the battery of the phone?
what error did you get while trying to use SP flash tool? [attach a screenshot]
