Hello guys, I request some assistance for Tecno w3 phone, the phone just switched off for no reason as if the OS crashed. The power button does not do anything, however, when I installed MTK Drivers it is detected in the Device Manager. I wanted to install a custom stock rom to see if the problem is fixed The problem is that I do not know the build No. of The phone, is there like a custom official rom I can download and install.

Not so fast.

The problem sounds like a hardware issue. Have you charged your battery? Try another battery.
After that, check for hardware fault.

Better still, take it to a technician to check for you

@EMMANUS Thanks, I have already tried another battery but it did not work, however when I use the "read info" option using miracle box 2.27A it gives an error of "ERR21002.00" will try to take to a technician for further troubleshooting. But in case you think of something please let me know.

1. What does it get detected as in device manager
2. Attach a full screenshot of the Miracle Box error and hope you aren''t holding any button when connecting to PC for readinfo
