After flashing some Android Oreo phones (like the Itel A32F), you might get a screen saying

EMERGENCY CALL
One way to bypass this screen is to boot into recovery mode and do a factory reset.
On certain phones, factory reset might not work so in recovery mode you should select 'More > wipe data'
