Your device is being detected as Mediatek USB Port (COM3). You need to get preloader in.
Update Mediatek USB Port (COM3) using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16839.html then retry flashing

I did a try with the driver you linked to under other window installation, it looks like that the emmc is bad
If I could find a technician to replace the emmc  from other brand, can I flash the phone after that or the emmc must be programed outside the phone first??

Ary you sure?? the emmc will be from other brand so it will contain completelly wrong firmware

You should use for or from a phone of the same model as yours
