Does it stay long after you plug it in before you get the error or immediately?

Try without battery.

(13-08-2018, 09:03 AM)ehabouf My Innjoo I2 was in strange behavior (random reboot / random shutdown) because it was the end of life for the battery
So, I tried to make a factory reset – after that mobile didn’t again and no charging indicator
I got a new battery but didn’t power on either
I tried to flash stock firmware with sp flash but every time I got error 4001 no response
Windows detect the phone correctly and sp flash working correctly (tried with other phone)
How to unbreak the phone???

Lets run a detection test.
Power off the phone > launch device manager > connect the phone (don't hold any button)
What does the phone get detected as in device manager?

(14-08-2018, 07:31 AM)ehabouf .

Disconnect the device then attach a screenshot of that same section in device manager.
I want to confirm the entry that disappears upon disconnection
