Hi, 
I want to unroot my camon cx because of warranty issues. I did not flash any custom ROM on it. its version is CX-H501DEFG-N-171109V159 and a 6750T chipset.

Hi, I tried the process but sp flash tool did not detect my phone. I installed the vcom drivers as indicated in the tutorials too. Please help

it is SP flash tool and its on windows 8.1. I have tried several cables and ports. no avail. Is USB debugging supposed to be on? cos i left it enabled.

usb debugging isn't needed

uninstall all mtk and vcom drivers using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-7660.html
disable drivers signatures using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-752.html
install vcom preloader driver using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
then retry
