[Please help] With USB Drivers

Hi everyone
I have followed all your usb driver tutorials but i just cant have SP Flash Tool detect my smartwatch
All drivers installed
But I dont know my watch model because i received it as a gift
Any help appreciated

If the watch has no problem, connect it to the PC and send us a screenshot of your PC's device manager

No I dont think so the watch is new
It just says Removable device G;no name no nothing
its just treated like a usb so SP flash tool or miracle box dont even detect it
By the way i am running windows 7 and windows 10 (Laptop and PC respectively )

the watch needs to be switched off before connecting to the PC in order to get detected by flash tool
is there anything wrong with your watch? or what exactly are you trying to do?

1. What's the model and chipset of your smartwatch?
2. Are you using SP Flash tool or Flashtool?
