Hello, please am having a challenge with my Huawei e5830s, after unlocking the device. Sometimes it's connect to other device but it does not sometimes. After connecting with a device, less than 10 to 20minutes it disconnects and does not connect again. Can anyone help to solve this, please

How did you unlock the device.
Did you flash a new firmware to it?

I just used the code to unlock it, it was not flashed, firmware was not upgraded nor downgraded, thanks.

Try resetting the Mifi, refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12054.html . Let's know the outcome.

Are you able to connect again on restarting both the device and the MiFi?

are you trying to reset the mifi? if yes, you don't need to connect to perform a reset
just power on the mifi the hold the reset button
btw have you tried connecting a different device to the wifi network then check if it still disconnects at intervals?

The modem has four buttons:power button, wps/Wi-Fi button, connect button, micro sd slot. Please which button am I to hold for a reset, thanks

power on the mifi then press and hold wps + connect button for 5 secs should reset the mifi to default

I tried following the procedure to reset but it didn't reset and didnt connect, pls
