The source of your troubles is that you unlocked bootloader. You need to reverse that by flashing stock recovery.img and lk.bin
Do you have the stock rom / backup of your rom?

you could try flashing those two files using fastboot, you should be able to reboot to bootloader [fastboot] from within TWRP reboot menu
Code:

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash lk lk.bin

lets know the outcome

What's the phone's model and chipset?
Did you take note of the phone's build no before this issue?

this rom or backup you have, was it dumped directly from your phone? or you downloaded it?
also do you know the chipset of your phone?

BTW, you should still be able to boot to twrp and fastboot
power off the phone > boot to twrp using button combo [vol up + power button] > in twrp, reboot to bootloader [fastboot]

you can't boot to fastboot if your phone is dead
how did the phone go from stuck at boot to totally dead? [details]
how did you verify the firmware you downloaded is for SELFIE 16?
can you get access to a working SELFIE 17 model?
