Redmi note 4x slow charging

Good day,my redmi note 4x all of a sudden started charging very slow.
I checked with with ampere and my usb max current is 500ma instead of 1500ma,the charger and cable is okay.

"my usb max current is 500ma", which usb are you referring to here?
have you tried using a different charger?

You need to get an original charger and not charge through your PC

Its only after you've tried about 3 original chargers that we can know what to suspect, and how to suggest solutions for you.

Then you should send it to a hardware repairs tech to check for the fault.
