Not successful?
Explain what you mean by not successful. Are you getting errors?

Try the following in the specific order;
Hold the power button for about 2 minutes.
Try charging for sometime.
Disconnect and reconnect the battery. You have to open the phone totally for this.
If and when you open the phone , check for stickers that have writings and note what is written on it.

Tell us the build number of the file you flashed.

Sorry with scatter it refused to flash, but restore flash by nck it flashed successful. The phone is like 2 months old. Was wondering if the warrant will be void if I opened it. Pliz advice.

warranty would probably be void once you loosen the phone but thats the best way to check if what you really flash is compatible with your phone or not
can we see a screenshot of the content of the file and the file size of what you restored using nck?
also what error do you get when you try flashing scatter file?

It's android 8.1 Go edition. The restore file reads 14.5 GB, don't have screenshot but this the error message:

Starting flash.
Send preloader...
(6045)Error:
S_SECURITY_SECURE_USB_DL_IMAGE_SIGN_HEADER_NOT_FOUND
Wait until phone will start charging.
All done.
