I guess i just need to flash system partition somehow to fix the phone?

Try flashing the system.img using fastboot in the tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-17104.html

Same result.
I guess "Invalid sparse file format at header magic" error is because i have no sparse file.
That version of fastboot can handle that on its own (it splits large file into parts automagically).
I also tested the -S option to force split, same result.
No clue how to deal with "FAILED (remote: 'Unknown chunk type')" error.
Perhaps related to bad img file?

Build no is something weird in recovery...
alps/fullyk606_37mfdd_35g/yk606_37m_f6.0/MRA58K/1488424434

It seems the firmware you've flashed aren't for your build / variant.
We can't trust the alps/fullyk606_37mfdd_35g/yk606_37m_f6.0/MRA58K/1488424434 that's displayed because that was displayed after you'd successfully flashed another rom.
I suggest you search for other firmware for your model and try them.
BTW,
1. Can you confirm that flashing of the roms (in stock recovery) was successful (no errors)
2. How did the phone get bricked in the first place?

1 the logs will be displayed on the screen as flashing progresses, just lookout for any sign of errors and at the end there should be a confirmation of successful flashing
2 that OTA was done directly from system updates in the phone or using downloaded update.zip?
attach screenshots of the contents of the 3 firmwares you downloaded fromĀ acer website

Can you get access to a working phone of the same model?

(15-10-2018, 03:19 PM)nickless Unfortunately no.

dump firmware from your phone using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
lets know when you're done with that, you'll get a working scatter file for your phone from the dump
