Hello,
My phone won't boot past the Acer logo.
I can access only fastboot and bootloader (recovery and so on).
I downloaded files from Acer website https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/su...t/6995?b=1 but none of them are working.
In SP Flash tool i get this error https://imgur.com/a/PvWuhkw
I guess thats because on Acer website are only a system upgrade packages?
Content of scatter file:
Code:
preloader 0x0
pgpt 0x0
proinfo 0x80000
nvram 0x380000
protect1 0x880000
protect2 0x1280000

system 0xb000000
cache 0xcb000000
userdata 0xe4000000
flashinfo 0xFFFF0084
sgpt 0xFFFF0004

What can i do to get it working again?

You're getting that error because the firmware is a recovery flashable firmware not sp flash tool.
Did you take note of the phone's build no?
Are you still able to boot the phone into recovery mode?

Where to find build no?
Inside there is
Model No: T09
Part No: HM HWAEE 001
I can access recovery mode but no adb.
When i choose "Apply update from ADB" my PC does not find phone.
How to install stuff without adb?

edit:
I got that zip file on sdcard (dont ask how, neighbour still mad).
I went into recovery and used apply update from sdcard.
Then it want me to reboot phone.
Did that, but still stuck at logo screen.

Factory reset the phone via recovery again and see if it will boot to homescreen
Get the phone's build no using miracle method @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-16005.html

Try this,

Rename that scatter.txt in the folder you showed us to MT6737_Android_scatter.txt then try to load it again on spft

I did every option in recovery none of them working. Is there any order?
1. Apply update from sdcard (took only 1 sec to get to reboot screen)
2. reboot stuck
3. remove battery and booted into recovery again
4. wipe cache no luck with that)
5. rebootet into recovery again
4 wipe data/factory reset (still stuck at logo screen)
5. ?

Build no is something weird in recovery...
alps/fullyk606_37mfdd_35g/yk606_37m_f6.0/MRA58K/1488424434
other methods not working (phone not recognised at pc)
factory mode not working anymore (it was working a couple days ago) now i gave up after holding buttons for 5 minutes

I can not use scatter file since there are no .img files to use with sp flash tool in that zip. So even if it load scatter i can not proceed
Rename also not working.
From sp flash tool log file:
Code:
10/12/18 09:29:20.719 BROM_DLL[7584][7760]: DL_LoadScatter(): DL_HANDLE->rwlock: WRITE_TRYLOCK, OK! (FlashToolLib/host/windows/rwlock.cpp:446)

(FlashToolLib/source/common/generic/src/LayoutConfigFileParser.cpp:114)

i guess Layout file type(LAYOUT_UNKNWON_FILE) means there is something missing/wrong in scatter file.

you can still get to fastboot boot mode, so why you try flashing the files from within that update.zip using fastboot
e.g
fastboot flash boot boot.img

OR
you can try dumping firmware or just preloader and pgpt partition from your phone then use that to create a scatter file using wwr method at https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-21970.html .scatter file generated from wwr should work fine with SPflash tool, use the newly scatter file to flash the contents of the zip

Did that fastboot flash already but zip file only hast boot.img inside.
That worked fine
I converted system.new.dat to system.img with sdat2img tool but then i get error when using "fastboot flash system system.img"
Code:
>fastboot.exe devices
HMHWAEE00171701EEA6Z00  fastboot

>fastboot flash system system.img
Invalid sparse file format at header magic
Sending sparse 'system' 1/20 (129648 KB)           OKAY [ 12.668s]
Writing sparse 'system' 1/20                       FAILED (remote: 'Unknown chunk type')
Finished. Total time: 32.734s
Problem seems to be the system.new.dat file which i can not use with sp flash tool or fastboot and converting to flashable image break the file?
I guess i just need to flash system partition somehow to fix the phone?
