Have you checked your IMEI?

How did this problem begin?

Check https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23177.html for NVRAM
1. How did the radio off issue begin
2. Have you tried turning it on in Engineering Mode?

Yes IMEI is PRESENT problem begin with a factory reset. The rom link you provide has different build number with my phone builbuild number. I tried  to active radio through engineer mode but when close the switch nothing happens.

The NVRAM can still work even though builds differ.
You best backup your firmware before you proceed.
backup using wwr @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
Use CA7 DA file @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html

I tried but it says that bootloader must be unlocked before flashing  untrusted nvram
And by the way avoid warranty.

means you will have to unlock the bootloader first.
Were you able to backup your phone's firmware using WWR_Mtk tool as @Hovatek directs you to do?
