I flashed the wrong boot.img to my device. It was on build X604-H633H-O-180914V239 and I flashed X604-H633H-O-180816V228 boot.img. I tried flashing the whole X604-H633H-O-180816V228 ROM but it throw me the following error: error status brom cmd send da fail 0xc0060003

My Wifi and Bluetooth no more work and phone reboot itself when launching dialer

2 questions:
1. Did you use a secure boot da file when you flashed the wrong boot
2. Did you (at any point) select any flashing option with Format or Firmware upgrade?

BTW, you should be flashing X604-H633H-O-180914V239 roms

I didn't flashed the boot.img with SP flash tool. I've done it with fastboot. I tried SP flash tool when I figured out that I flashed the wrong boot.img. I tried to flash with MTKALLInOne DA and DA_PL only with no succes

download DA file for x604 at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23339.html
don't format or use firmware upgrade option on the phone, simply use 'download only' to flash the firmware

I can't install system update and play store says that my phone isn't Play Protect certified. I want to know if it is related to the current state of my bootloader which is unlocked

Edit: I relocked it but the same issue persist

Have you tried factory resetting the phone after flashing it?

Yeah of course. After relocking the bootloader it was wiped. But right after resetting I restored my adb backup

unlocking or relocking bootloader shouldn't affect play protect certification, you should contact your device manufacturer for that
and play protect certification whether certified or not shouldnt stop your device from receiving OTA updates. check for updates at settings > about phone > system updates
