What's the phone current build no and the new update build no.?
Is the phone rooted?
Have you tried factory resetting the phone then download and install the update again?

The current build number is
W2-AW600B1-M-160909V13
The update build number is
W2-AW600B-M-180306V36
the phone is not rooted, i confirmed that by going for a root integrity check in recovery mode.
I have tried factory resetting before the update but still experiencing the same thing.
