There is this Samsung Galaxy j5 clone which is misbehaving. What ever I downloaded on the phone can not be deleted even after Factory reset, everything come back intact . Photos, music's  videos and everything. Can't be deleted

Corrupted/Damaged emmc chip might be the cause.
Have you tried flashing the phone?

I haven't got the stock firmware of the phone yet. Its a clone not original Samsung. I heard that their firmware differs.

that is a hardware storage / emmc problem

Note, before you do any flashing, make sure you back up the full firmware

flashing will not solve emmc chip issue, take the phone to a phone hardware repair technician and let them replace the emmc chip
