I Performed Factory Reset/Wipe Data, so my phone is back to factory mode.

Thanks Boss,,
My Problem is how to find that Data.ext4.win ? I can't open the .backup file.
The .backup file are up to seven
userdata_20100101_000203.backup (2gig)
userdata_20100101_000203.backup1(2gig)
userdata_20100101_000203. backup2(2gig)
userdata_20100101_000203.backup3 (2gig)
userdata_20100101_000203.backup4(2gig)
userdata_20100101_000203.backup5(2gig)
userdata_20100101_000203.backup6(745mb)
which app should I use to check for the Data.ext4.win?

The .backup file are up to seven
userdata_20100101_000203.backup (2gig)
...

here's what you can try
join all the backup files into one file using CAT cmd in linux or cygwin in windows
Code:

cat file1 file2 file3 fileN > newfile
e.g
cat userdata.backup userdata.backup1 userdata.backup2 userdata.backup3 > userdata.img

use the FILE cmd in linux or cygwin in windows to check if the img is sparse or ext4
Code:

file userdata.img

if its sparse, then you'll have to convert to ext4 using simg2img in windows
Code:

simg2img userdata.img userdata_raw.img

finally mount the ext4 image in linux OR use latest wwr mtk version 2.51 (it has an ext4 viewer that's able to open ext4 images and extract it's contents) @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21969.html
Code:

mount -o loop,rw -t ext4 system.img data/
